Please call or come in to the shop to register for any of our classes. All classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. Class fees must be paid in full at time of registration and cannot be refunded or transferred. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment a refund will be issued. Class fees do not include supplies unless otherwise stated
Class Keys
Beginner: You are a beginning sewist if you wish to: learn how to use your machine. Learn how to stitch with an accurate seam allowance. Learn how to correctly use basic rotary cutting tools. Learn how to construct simple projects. Learn simple sewing terms.
Intermediate: You are an Intermediate beginner sewist if you: Know how to use your machine. Have mastered the appropriate seam allowance. Possess good rotary cutting skills. Have constructed basic sewing projects including piecing, quilting, and binding a quilt and are fairly comfortable with your machine. Are more experienced than a beginning sewist and are ready for Intermediate beginner.
Advanced: You are an advanced beginner sewist if you: are very familiar with your sewing machine. Proficient in gauging seam width. Possess accurate rotary cutting skills. Confident in constructing and understanding most patterns. Are more experienced than an Intermediate beginner and are looking for more challenging patterns and advanced sewing techniques while enjoying the company of others.
