Bento Box at Cherry Berry Quilts Bakersfield

The Bento box is a project that helps the quilter to put various fabrics into an
attractive design. It helps the quilter to think outside the box when picking out
Use the pattern requirements to pick out fabric. Don’t over think fabric choices.
Andi picked six different blacks and six different whites in fat quarters. Then picked six blue fat quarters ranging from light to dark and six green fat quarters ranging from light to dark.
*Only the quilt top will be made in class*

Supply List:
Bento Box quilt pattern
*Quilt fabrics selected based on pattern instructions.
1 ½ yards backing fabric.
Twin size batting
Sewing machine with a new needle
Sewing machine manual
¼” foot
Small snippy scissors and large fabric scissors
Mettler light grey thread (0331) one large or 2 small spools
One wound bobbin
Rotary cutter with a new blade
8 ½ X 24 ½ Ruler and a 6 ½ inch square (Andi recommends Creative Grid Rulers)
Cutting mat at least 18 X 24
Seam Ripper
Glass Head Pins
