Quilting on a Domestic Machine (BAKERSFIELD)

Join Andi in a 2 session class learning to use your home machine to quilt your own projects! Andi will go over several techniques using your quilting, free-motion, and walking foot - all of which is done on you domestic machine.
In the first class you will be using your Walking Foot, and in the second class you will be using the free motion feet.
Class Supplies:
Book: 99-Machine Quilting Designs by Christa Watson
Machingers gloves
3 yards of muslin cut into 1/2 yard lengths
Batting scraps at least 18" wide to make your quilting 'Sandwich'
Blue or Purple temporary marking pen
12" ruler
Sewing Supplies:
Sewing machine in good working order
colored thread of your choice - Andi loves using either Mettler or Aurifil thread
Small scissors
Walking Foot
Quilting Foot. *If you have a BSR bring the box your foot comes in, if you do not have a BSR Bernina users can use any of the following feet : #9, #15, #34(C or D), #24
If using a Baby Lock machine you will need one of the following: Darning Foot, Embroidery Foot, Open-Toe quilting foot, Free Motion Quilting foot, Free motion Transparent foot
*Brother users will have similar feet as the Baby Lock
Paper and pencil for notes and practice doodles
