Cherry Berry Quilts is happy to host a 4 day sewing camp for youths 10 and up who are interested in learning to sew. The Baby Lock Joy sewing machine will be provided for student use and all materials will be included. Students will learn their way around a basic sewing machine and sewing tools, and then complete several projects with increasing difficulty and new skills as the week progresses.
Students will make a lanyard, a lined bag, a boxy pouch, and a pair of shorts.
Students will get to pick their fabrics for their projects. Grey thread is provided with the class. Students will have up to the Friday before camp starts to pick their fabrics at the store. A materials list will be available for reference.
Patterns and instructions will be provided/included with the class.
