Heartstrings Jelly Roll Quilt (BAKERSFIELD)
Join Andi to make this fun jelly roll friendly quilt! Learn to make heart blocks and a piano key border. Pattern can easily be adapted for other home decor items like tablerunners, etc. Only the quilt top will be made in the class.
Fabric Needed:
- 1 jelly roll ( at least 36 strips) or 12+ 1/4 yd cuts of different fabrics
- 2 5/8 yards of background fabric
- 5/8 yds fabric for binding
- 4 - 4 1/2 yds fabric for backing
Sewing Supples:
- Heartstrings quilt pattern (available at the shop)
- Sewing machine in good working order (please bring manual if you have it)
- Colored thread of your choice & matching bobbin - Andi loves using either Mettler or Aurifil thread
- Small scissors
- Seam ripper
- Glass head pins
- Rotary cutter
- 18" x 24" rotary cutting mat
- Rulers: 8 1/2" x 24" & 6 1/2"
