Beginning Quilting CALIMESA
We will learn pattern reading, accurate cutting,sewing a 1/4" seam, pressing and sewing skills.
You will need the following supplies: good running sewing machine, cords and foot pedal. Rotary cutter, 18 or 24 " ruler, cutting mat 80/12 sewing needles. seam ripper, small scissors.
Fill 4-5 bobbins with thread.
Material:
1 jelly roll or 10-12 fat quarters, 1 1/4 yards of background fabric,
1 yd border fabric and 1/2 yd binding.
