Hearts & Hugs Quilt (BAKERSFIELD)
Join Andi to learn quick piecing techniques for this fun & versatile quilt. Easy to scale up or down in size with simple piecing! Students will learn easy techniques for snowballing corners and improving rotary skills.
*ALL SUPPLIES NEED TO BE PURCHASED BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS*
FABRIC:
* 1/2 yard of white fabric
* Layer cake or (26) - 10" inch squares of fabric or (26) fat quarters
* 2 3/4 yd Backing
* 1/2 yd Binding
* Batting throw size or 48 x 48 inch square
SUPPLIES:
* Hearts & Hugs pattern (available at the shop)
* Sewing machine in good working order with a new needle
* Sewing machine manual
* 1/4" foot
* Small snippy scissors or large scissors
* Neutral color thread for your project (one large or 2 small)
* One wound bobbin
* Rotary cutter with a new blade
* 8 1/2" X 24 1/2" quilting ruler and a 6 1/2" square ruler - recommend creative grid rulers
* Cutting mat, at least 18 x 24
* Seam ripper
* Glass head pins
* Project box
* Pencil and paper for notes
